An automatic fire alarm system is designed to detect the unwanted presence of fire by monitoring environmental changes associated with combustion. In general, a fire alarm system is either classified as automatic, manually activated, or both. Automatic fire alarm systems can be used to notify people to evacuate in the event of a fire or other emergency, to summon emergency aid, and to prepare the structure and associated systems to control the spread of fire and smoke.
Allstate Security can provide all of the component parts for a fire alarm system to meet NFPA 72 standards in your business or home. Our U.L. listed Central Monitoring Station will alert the fire department and you by phone when fire or smoke is detected in your home or business giving you the opportunity to get to your home or business immediately.
At the time your fire alarm is activated in your home or business one or more sirens and/or horn strobes will be activated to encourage your immediate evacuation of your home or business.
